Write actions stop when you exceed contacts, team members, campaigns, platform messages, or storage for your plan — or when the subscription is PAST_DUE / UNPAID. Platform messages are Connect sends confirmed by Meta, not Meta conversation credits. Upgrade from Billing or reduce usage, then retry. WhatsApp delivery continues to be invoiced by Meta on your WABA.
