Platform admins use the admin app (port 3200 in development) to manage organizations, review revenue, toggle maintenance mode, and support customers.
- Enable maintenance mode during planned outages
- Use impersonation sparingly; all actions are audited
- Keep support_email updated so contact form deliveries succeed
