Campaign builder

Create, schedule, and measure WhatsApp campaigns.

Campaigns send a template to a segment. Plan limits apply for campaign count and estimated message volume.

Lifecycle

  • DRAFT — editable; attach template and segment
  • SCHEDULED — BullMQ job queued for a future time
  • RUNNING — messages are being dispatched
  • COMPLETED / FAILED / CANCELLED — terminal states

Delivery tracking

Each recipient becomes a campaign delivery. Meta webhooks update statuses to SENT, DELIVERED, READ, or FAILED so analytics stay accurate. Connect platform usage is counted only after Meta confirms sent or delivered — a Graph API message id alone is not enough.
