Subscriptions are managed with Stripe. Plan limits for contacts, team members, campaigns, platform messages, and storage are enforced at write time. WhatsApp template delivery is a separate Meta invoice on your WhatsApp Business Account — Connect does not mark up those charges. From 1 October 2026 Meta bills in-window utility templates, and service replies after 1,000 free delivered messages per business phone number per month.

• Use Dashboard → Billing for checkout and invoices
• PAST_DUE / UNPAID subscriptions block mutations until payment succeeds
• Platform message caps count sends Meta later confirms as sent or delivered — failed eligibility errors such as #131042 do not consume quota
• Upgrade before large campaign sends so platform message limits are not hit mid-send
• Add the WABA payment method in WhatsApp Business settings, not Facebook Ads
