Getting started

Connect WhatsApp

Link WhatsApp Business using Embedded Signup or manual credentials.

WhatsApp must be connected before you can send campaigns. Dashboard access is gated until a WhatsApp provider is in CONNECTED status.

Quick connect (recommended)

When Meta Embedded Signup is enabled for your environment, use Connect with Facebook. You never paste WABA IDs, phone IDs, or tokens. OESCOM Connect exchanges the authorization code, stores credentials encrypted, configures webhooks, and registers the phone number when required.

Manual setup

  1. Create a Meta Developer app and add WhatsApp
  2. Copy Phone Number ID and WhatsApp Business Account ID
  3. Generate a permanent system user access token
  4. Create a webhook verify token and optional App Secret
  5. Paste credentials into Providers → Manual setup, then copy the webhook URL back into Meta
